Amazingly beautiful resort but disturbingly pathetic service by the front desk supervisor Madeline Mullen. She then looked up on the computer to see if our rooms were ready and surprisingly they were ready at 6pm even though the check in time was 4pm. We went back 2 hours later waiting in the lobby with the family trying to find out if we have our rooms or not, Madeline Mullen was extremely rude and spoke with great attitude. Even though the check in time was 4pm, we did not receive any text message stating that our rooms are ready. We were then told that they will text us when the rooms will be ready or to come back in half hour. I told her if the wait is about half hour or so as mentioned by Joyce, we will wait and she said ok. The front desk agent Joyce who was pleasantly helping us had told us that it would take about half hour for the rooms to be ready and that is when Madeline Mullen jumped in and said that if we wanted our rooms right away they are available on a different floor.
The check in time was 4:00 pm and we were told to wait for 2 rooms out of 4 because they were not ready.
Upon check in we had requested 4 rooms on the same floor (even at the time of booking 2 weeks prior to our stay we had requested that).
